Total area of the project was 34 acres and included a 5,100 LF access road with 29,000 CY of earthwork cut to fill, and a 3-acre finished well pad with 55,000 CY of earthwork cut to fill. Additional features included 40,000 CY of toekey cut and installation, various road culverts, and the installation of 4 rain garden detention structures and 1 wet pond retention structure. Additionally, final surface aggregate placement, seeding, well cellars and flowlines completed the project.
