Our Millwrights recently completed several projects on the assembly line of an automotive manufacturing facility. During this week-long and around the clock outage, two existing lines in the plant required upgrades. These upgrades included demolition and replacement of existing conveyor line and robotics equipment with more up-to-date autonomous equipment. Replacement of these lines allows for a safer and more efficient operation within the plant. Safety and planning were paramount during these activities, as the plant was only partially shut down within the direct working area of the line upgrades.
