Excavation of the 50’ diameter, 120’ deep Jennings Road Storage Tank was completed in mid-September, with fifty-two 46” secant piles installed, 1,665 CY of dirt removed, 7,200 CY of shale removed, 416 total rock dowels installed, and 14,800 SF of shotcrete and mesh installed. Concrete work has since followed and is still in progress – the mass concrete slab has been placed, as crews continue placement of the concrete liner walls. The Treadway Creek Sewer Separation was also completed, which included new CIP manholes, a CIP junction chamber, and 1,300 LF of 24” pipe.
