This fast-paced emergency Design-Build landslide remediation project has been entrusted to the Great Lakes team by ODOT District 8. There are three drilled shaft walls consisting of 168 48-inch drilled shafts including 670,000 pounds of embedded H-piles. Additionally, stabilization of the existing 1,500-foot-long soldier pile and lagging wall includes 105 rock-anchored tiebacks. To date, the tiebacks and drilled shafts have been completed. Remaining work includes earthwork, concrete barrier wall, and roadway replacement with a final completion at the end of summer.
