Hazel Storage Basin, Rack 10 & 11

Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR). Construction of a 4.5-million-gallon wastewater storage basin, three remote Diversion Structures and associated 30” sewers and other utilities, and an Operations Building to support the new facility. The final design calls for over 70,000 CY of structural excavation and 10,000 CY of cast-in-place concrete, 11 Tipping Buckets, 2 large Screw Pumps, and close coordination with Wheeling & Lake Erie who owns and operates the active railroad tracks adjacent to the site.
